How Long Will My Order Take?

Every Douglas Golf piece is made to order, by hand, and in the order they are received.

From fabric selection through to final inspection and packaging, the full process is undertaken for every single order.

Under normal circumstances, please allow 7–10 days for your order to be made before dispatch. During particularly busy periods, lead times may extend slightly — but quality is never rushed.

Equally, your order may be completed in less time! You'll be notified when it's been dispatched

What's The Personalised Embroidery Process?

Once purchased, contact us via email or Instagram with your personalised embroidery request.

Initials or markings are embroidered to complement the fabric and design, not dominate it. Placement and scale are considered carefully to maintain the balance and timeless feel of each piece.

Because embroidery is applied specifically for you, embroidered items are considered personalised and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty.

If you’re unsure about placement or style, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re always happy to advise.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

International delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We package every order securely and sustainably to ensure it arrives in the same condition it leaves the workshop.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We hope you’ll love your Douglas Golf piece, but if something isn’t quite right, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
  • Personalised or embroidered items cannot be returned unless there is a fault.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us directly with details and photographs where possible. Every piece is inspected thoroughly before dispatch, but if something has slipped through, we’ll always make it right.

Please note that the sender is liable for any postal costs associated with returning a product.

Can You Create Custom Orders?

Yes — custom orders are welcomed, within reason.

If you have a specific idea, fabric, colour way, or personal requirement, please get in touch before ordering. We’ll let you know what’s possible and guide you through the process.

Custom pieces are created with the same approach as our standard work: small batch, hand-cut, hand-sewn, and entirely in-house. Availability depends on materials and current workload.
